-Dorsiflexion

-Plantar flexion

-Inversion, Eversion

Spine

Inspect for straight spinous process

-Equal horizontal positions for shoulders, scapulae, gluteal folds

-From side, note curvature: cervical, thoracic, lumbar

Palpate spinous processes.
