CASE STUDY

Renshu is a 78-year-old male who looks older than his stated age. His wife brought him to the emergency department today with “stroke-like” symptoms. This was the second episode in the last 6mos. Diagnostics have been completed and consults have been requested. Medication orders are written. A complete geriatric pharmacotherapy review needs to be done.
