Brandon is a 10-year-old boy with a diagnosis of ADHD. He is at the clinic with his day hoping to get help to manage his symptoms. This is his first encounter in search of help, and he is not currently on any medication or treatment for his ADHD. A questionnaire was sent out to be filled by his parents and his teacher, came back filled out explaining his behavior at school and at home. His dad reported his symptoms started when he enrolled in kindergarten and have continued. He is inattentive, would not sit still in class for more than five minutes. Forgets what he reads or what is just read to him. Loses important things such as his books, and daydreams in class.Â
