I am having a difficult time figuring out what the instructions are asking and how to create a new course. I have no idea how to do this. I would appreciate insight as to how to do this.

How do I create a course. What do I need to include? I am supposed to create a cultural competency course within the BSN curriculum. I have to make sure the course is developed with the current curriculum in mind. It must include:

specific curriculum changes that would have to occur to implement this course

needed instructional and faculty resources

faculty buy-in

assessment measures to be used

supporting data for why this addition would be a benefit to student outcomes and overall population health.
