Much attention is given to the multigenerational clinician workforce. But what about the multigenerational administrative workforce? Are the challenges similar?
What about interactions between multigenerational clinical and administrative workforces?
Change is hard and can be slow especially if not viewed as value add. Leading different multigenerational groups adds to the complexity. Are there situations when one method of delivery is all that is going to happen and that should be enough. When might that work?
