A patient is 79 years old has congestive heart failure, hyperlipidemia, depression, atrial fibrillation, hypertension. Past medical history of gestational diabetes (40 years ago), chickenpox as a child, atelectasis (post op in the past). During the past 2 weeks she has been complaining of shortness of breath and cant tolerate ambulating to the dining room and around her house. She has gained 2.5kg in one week as well.
