saac Cooper is a 20-year-old male bought into the emergency department by ambulance. He was a pedestrian involved in a motor vehicle accident in a residential area. Witnesses said the car appeared to break before impact and Isaac went over the top of the bonnet landing on the road. His vital signs obtained from the ambulance officers were: HR 122, BP 90/60, RR 24 (shallow), SpO2 94%, GCS 14 (confused), Temp 35.9. He was complaining of pain 10/10 of his right leg and, the right side of his chest. He had an IV cannula inserted into his left hand and was administered given 5mg IV morphine by ambulance officers. He has a history of asthma and has a Salbutamol inhaler with him. There was also a bottle of vodka in his backpack. His ECG is below ECG As the RN in the emergency, you need to conduct an A-E assessment. Discuss what actions and considerations you would make for D and E
