Objective Data: Laboratory Data-Creatinine clearance: 8.2 ml/min, Serum creatinine: 12.8 mg/dl (1132 mmol/L), BUN: 125 mg/dl (45 mmol/L), Potassium: 6 mEq/L (6 mmol/L), Hematocrit: 20%. Chest X-ray: Pulmonary edema
