 I need some ideas on how to write the paper one page summary .

 I will be working in the NICU collaborating with my preceptor and faculty advisor. We had a 3 way meeting ( my QI project will be on patient satisfaction , education and discharge with in the unit. 

 

 

 

Purpose: 

To engage the MSN student leader in the art of planning, collaborating, and communicating with stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
To engage the MSN student in the skillful art of interviewing a nurse leader to gain insight into how leaders prioritize clinical issues impacting care delivery and how they identify drivers of change.

COORDINATE A 3-way MEETING: The student must coordinate a meeting between his/her preceptor, faculty advisor, and you (the advisee) – all must be present at the same time!  

INTRODUCTION of STAKEHOLDERS:  The student must be able to introduce each stakeholder in the meeting, define the purpose of the meeting, and set the direction for the meeting.  Your faculty advisor will provide the preceptor with an overview of the roles of each stakeholder.
 SUMMARY:  The student must use format to provide a summary of the meeting, the lessons learned in communication, collaboration, and organization.
