Older Female admitted to the hospital for hip fracture due to a fall.She lives alone and had been incapacitated for 24 hours before someone called for medical help.After examination and testing the bone scan showed abnormal density in the right illum and additional hot spots in the bones of extremities.History of patient revealed that she had been experiencing urinary retention problems and nocturia for some time.She has slowed down her activities in the last 9 months with loss of appetite and weight loss.BP was 90/50 .Test showed psa Of 30.Digital rectal examination revealed a palpable abnormality of right side seemed glands.
