   DODO is  a 40-year-old female who is being discharged from a detox facility is refusing to go to a long-term rehab is weepy and crying stating she is scared. Her vital signs are T- 100.0 P- 108 R 20 180/110 Ht 5’6 Wt 146lbs She endorses smoking weed and drinking alcohol and abusing opiates.  She stated, “I have a medical card, and I drink 1/2 gallon of vodka daily.” Reports she sleeps 5-6 hrs., appetite decreased, prefers to get high instead of eating. 
   She reports that she caught her boyfriend Phillip cheating at their shared home and smoking crack cocaine, she reports that Phillip used up all their savings to buy crack cocaine with a new girlfriend. Dodo who never smoked crack cocaine got back together with Philip her boyfriend who encouraged her to try crack cocaine, ever since the first try she stated “I don’t want to go back to feeling horrible again because when I don’t smoke it I get worse. And when I have it, I feel good, then it gone, and then I know that I am going to be needing another hit.”
