A 72 year old female with controlled HTN and urge incontinence is seen for her annual physical. She has no complaints. Her urinalysis comes back positive for leukocytes and nitrites. She denies dysuria, fever or chills. There is no change in mental status.
What is the best approach in managing this patient?
  repeat urinalysis
  start Cipro 250 mg BID x 3 days
  start Bactrim DS 80/160 mg x 3 days
