Ondansetron 4 mg IV pre-op for prophylaxis prevention of nausea and vomiting (vial comes 2 mg/mL)
Patient has a history of excessive nausea and vomiting with general anesthetic and is on call to OR for splenectomy. They have called for the patient to the OR and asked this be given in the time before the porters come to take her.
