 70 years old resident, has a medical history of Alzheimer’s disease and hearing impairment to left ear. Recently , he returned to the care home after 4 weeks of hospitalization due to fall. He injured his right elbow, and he has a sling to support his right arm. He appears in pain but has been refusing any medications for his pain. As a result, he is agitated.Â
