Temitope is a 40 year-old woman, living in sub-urban area with her husband, Chinedu. This is the second marriage for both of them and now they have been together for 6 years and have no child. Both of the couple are working and having good careers, positions and incomes. One day Temitope received a phone call saying that her husband had a minor accident at work and needs to come to A&E. As part of the routine tests done in A&E, an incidental finding revealed that Chinedu is positive for HIV. One of the nurses attending to Chinedu is a family friend and knows the result. Chinedu knew that the infection could be from the several sexual relationships he had with a couple of people including males in the past. After a week from the accident, Temitope happily informed Chinedu that she is 8 weeks pregnant.
