This assignment is a reflective journal. It is both informative and informal. Please answer the questions with detail about your experience, but also you may writing as if you are writing to yourself. The reflection should be meaningful and at least three paragraphs. Depending on your day you may have a lot more to say! The second part of the assignment is taking vital signs on 5 students. Nicole will show you the equipment for taking vital signs for 5 students. She will also show you the Ages and Stages Questionnaire. You should choose one student to focus on while using the ASQ. A portion of this reflection journal is to explain how your child is developing through the stages using the ASQ (Ages & Stages Questionares) to compare.
1) Reflective Journal: Observe a 30 month Old.
