Do you agree or disagree with the above statement?

care.” 
Do you believe that nations have a legal obligation to have affordable health 
care? Explain your experience with the universal health care system. If you have 
not had experience, do you support such a health care system?

grounds of race, age, ethnicity or any other factor. Non-discrimination and 
equality requires states to take steps to redress any discriminatory law, practice 
or policy.”
