As part of the assessment, you need to undertake a WHS risk assessment. Mr. Smith uses a 4WW to assist with mobility. Mr. Smith and Mr. Obi are avid collectors of WW2 memorabilia and Japanese style furniture. They are both avid gardeners and have a large pot plant collection. Mr. SmÃth reports difficulty in getting in/ out of bed and chairs and likes to walk around the garden but struggles in doing this due to the environment. What education and services would you recommend for Mr. Smith and Mr. Obi in regards to the environment and safety around the home prior to services commencing for Mr. Smith?
